With the Lettings page, you can quickly see what you need. View agency lettings grouped into three sections:
- Upcoming | Lettings that haven’t ended yet
- Recently ended | Lettings that have closed within the past 90 days
- Archive | Older lettings browsable by year
Click on a letting to view its proposals, then click on a proposal to see specific proposal information. Download attachments or use the resource links to see information from the agency.
Upcoming lettings
All of an agency's currently active lettings will be grouped together in the Upcoming lettings section.
To view a letting's details and proposals, click on the letting date. All of the proposals will be displayed in a list. Use the tabs along the top of the letting to access:
- Attachments (including all proposal files, addenda, and the Also Available section containing any additional resources uploaded by the agency)
- Plan holders (if the agency has made them public)
- Q&A (questions and answers feature)
Clicking on the Attachments tab expands a side panel where you can quickly access all proposal files, attachments, and the Also Available section containing any additional resources and links uploaded by the agency.
Recently ended lettings
Lettings that have ended within the last 90 days are grouped together in the Recently ended section.
To view a letting's details and proposals, click on the letting date. All of the proposals will be displayed in a list. Use the tabs along the top of the letting to access:
- Attachments (including all proposal files, addenda, and the Also Available section containing any additional resources uploaded by the agency)
- Plan holders (if the agency has made them public)
- Q&A (questions and answers feature)
Use the Apparent bids link to view apparent bids, if the agency has published them. Use the Export menu to access CSV and TAB export options for proposals and plan holders.
Archive
Lettings that have ended and are older than 90 days can be found in the Archive section. Use the Select year drop-down menu to choose a year. The Archive will display all of the lettings that ended within that year, going all the way back to the beginning of an agency's history of using Bidx.com.
