Use these features to make it easier to find jobs with agencies and contractors you work with.

You'll be able to select your agency, search for items, your work types, and other parts of a proposal to see what jobs are right for you.
- Click the year on the Lettings page to hide those lettings, and click the year again to show them.
- Click the letting date or use the arrow to see the proposal details.
- Each tab in the header of a letting or proposal shows a count of the proposal or items, files and resources, and other relevant information.
Search proposals
Once you select a letting, use the Search field for the proposals to find a specific proposal or project ID, or search for an item or part of the description. When you click in the field, you’ll see your last few searches and a list of popular searches. Click one of those entries to use it as your search term.
Click the column heading to sort the column numerically and alphabetically.
- If you're not already on the Proposal page, click the letting date for the proposal on the Lettings page.
- Click in the Search field below the Proposal header. You’ll see your last few searches and a list of popular searches.
- Enter what you're searching for, or click one of those entries to use it as your search term.
If you search for an item, the results display for each proposal and include a preview of the items.
Filter proposals
Use the filter to see proposals that match selected work types, counties, and items. You can select more than one option for each category.
- If you're not already on the Proposal page, click the letting date for the proposal on the Lettings page.
- Click Filters (above the Work type column) to open the proposal advanced filters.
- Enter your selections for the three categories and click Filter.
The Bid Express service displays the proposals that match the filter selections.
Applied filters are shown under the search bar of the proposal. Click the X for any entry you no longer want to see.
Remove all the filters by selecting Clear filters.
Follow or unfollow proposals
Click the Follow button on a proposal to add it to the Workspace tab to make it readily available. You can also click the flag for a proposal on the Lettings tab.
To stop following a proposal, click Following on the proposal or click the three dots on the Workspace tab and click Remove.
Letting and proposal attachments
The agency can post letting or proposal attachments. These can include notice to contractors, award announcements, DBE directories, or anything else the agency wants you to have.
The right sidebar of the letting or proposal shows the attachments added by the agency.
- Click the attachment to download it.
- Click Download all files to download the bid files and the attachments.
Plan holders and eligible bidders
If an agency chooses to make their plan holders list public, you can view the business name and contact information for eligible bidders and plan holders on a proposal.
For subcontractors looking to work with prime bidders, it can be a way of connecting with primes who are interested in the same type of work that you do.
How to check for plan holders and eligible bidders
From a Letting page, check the Plan holders column to see if any of the proposals within the letting have plan holder information. Numbers greater than 0 will be hyperlinked. Click on the number to view a list of the plan holders. Click on a business name to view its detailed information.
From within a Proposal, you'll see a panel displaying eligible bidders, plan holders, and voluntary plan holders. Click on any of the hyperlinked numbers or View All to access the list of plan holders. Click on a business name to view its detailed information.
