Import letting and proposal data using pass2ebs.txt files

The enhanced bidding experience with Bidx.com will no longer support EBSX and amendment (.001X, .002X, etc.) files. This guide outlines the steps to import upcoming letting and proposal data using pass2ebs.txt files.

There are two primary ways to import the pass2ebs.txt file, from the Lettings list and from the individual letting.

Import from the Lettings list

1. Navigate to the Lettings page.
2. Click to expand the Actions menu next to an upcoming letting.
3. Click Import.
4. In the Import data window, drag and drop the pass2ebs.txt file or click choose file to open your computer's file browser and select a file for upload.
5. When you're finished, click Save.

Import from an individual letting

1. Navigate to the individual letting.
2. Click to expand the Manage letting menu.
3. Click Import.
4. In the Import data window, drag and drop the pass2ebs.txt file or click choose file to open your computer's file browser and select a file for upload.
5. When you're finished, click Save.
