What is Enhanced Bidding with Bidx.com?
Enhanced Bidding with Bidx.com is a modernized approach to bidding. It moves the entire bidding process online, eliminating the need to install software for both agencies and contractors. Enhanced bidding means you'll submit bids directly through your web browser. This update will also improve data integration with agency preconstruction systems, creating a more efficient experience.

- No more managing configuration files.
- Improved letting management with fewer manual file transfers.
- Agencies using AASHTOWare Project Preconstruction™ can directly push letting data to Bidx.com.
- No need to manage AASHTOWare Project Bids™ software installations.

Timeline
- Bidx.com will be ready for production in Q3 2025.
- We'll work with each agency to plan the transition from the current process, Bidx.com with AASHTOWare Project Bids™, to the enhanced process of web-based bidding.
- A sunset date for Project Bids will be announced.
